How the Program Works
The 8-week perimenopause + menopause group program is a unique hybrid model that combines education, personalized support, and group accountability.
What’s Included:

1 initial 60 minute one-on-one consultation with a Registered Dietitian either virtual or in-person in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (value: $300)

Review health history, symptoms, labs, current nutrition, personal goals, and current habits (eg. mindset, sleep, exercise, supplements, and more)

Personalized planning from a Registered Dietitian customized to your unique goals and preferences (eg. meal planning, nutrient and macro recommendations to track food, optimizing lab work, and more)
- Opportunity to meet in-person (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) or virtual

8 weekly educational modules specifically tailored to the physiological changes of perimenopause and menopause (value: $500)

8 group-based 60 minute community sessions for education, accountability, consistency, community, habit formation, and goal setting (value: $1000)

Courtney is a Registered Dietitian specializing in nutrition and lifestyle support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Her work focuses on helping women adapt their nutrition, movement, and daily habits to support body composition, metabolic health, strength, energy, and long-term wellbeing during hormonal change.
Courtney takes an evidence-based, practical approach to midlife nutrition with extensive experience supporting women in addressing concerns through perimenopause and menopause such as weight gain, muscle loss, insulin resistance, cholesterol changes, inflammation, bone health, sleep challenges, and fatigue. She believes perimenopause and menopause are transitions that require a unique and personalized approach to nutrition, training, and lifestyle habits.Â
Courtney’s approach emphasizes nourishment over restriction, strength, and sustainable habits. She combines clinical expertise with real-life application, helping women feel confident in their food choices and body during this stage of life.
Through both individual counseling and group programs, Courtney supports women in building resilience, clarity, and trust in their bodies so they can move forward feeling strong, capable, and nourished.
