As Vitality Nutrition’s most popular service, our 3-month comprehensive nutrition coaching program pairs you with a nutritionist and Registered Dietitian in Saskatoon for three months of planning, communication, education, and habit development unique to you and your personal goals.

Changing the way we eat, move, and live is habitual, and doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why Vitality Nutrition does things differently - our ‘Comprehensive Nutrition Coaching’ program uses the Fundamental Four Formula, in combination with individualized planning, ongoing support, and the knowledge that real change takes time.
You’ll work alongside one of our Registered Dietitians and nutritionists in Saskatoon, Regina, or from wherever you call home for a total of three months. Together, you’ll build the habits, knowledge and confidence you need to see the results you deserve. You’ve got goals, and we’ve got the tools to help you meet them. This process begins by sharing information about these goals, as well as your lifestyle and unique circumstance with your Vitality Nutrition Registered Dietitian. Over the course of the following three months, we’ll give you everything you need to look, feel, and perform better than you thought possible!
You’ll receive a questionnaire and instructions to track your food intake for 5 days. This gives our dietitians the information they need to customize your nutrition and lifestyle plan!

Your Registered Dietitian will send you custom nutrition resources and instructions to get you started for your first week of the program.
MEET WITH YOUR COACH.
You’ll meet with Registered Dietitian Courtney, Darian, or Hannah for a 60 minute video call. We’ll get to know each other and review your custom nutrition program, questionnaire, food tracking log, and goals!
CHECK IN WEEKLY.
Accountability and support are the key to nutrition, lifestyle, and fitness success! Each week, you’ll have an official online check-in with your Registered Dietitian to measure progress, review your week, and make adjustments to the program.
REACH YOUR GOAL.
Your nutritionist will provide specific instructions and guidance to optimize your diet and lifestyle. We’ll sweat the details so you can focus on taking steps towards meeting (and exceeding!) your goal.
They lose weight, build strength, gain energy, and feel better. Whatever your goals, we’ll help you get there. By the end of your three months of nutrition coaching, you’ll have the knowledge, tools, and mindset you need to succeed.
They can communicate their way: While we are nutritionists based in Saskatoon, the online nature of our comprehensive coaching program allows you to connect on your terms. Message your Registered Dietitian anytime, from anywhere. No scheduling needed!
They follow a plan made just for them: We always start with a conversation of your unique needs and goals. Your Registered Dietitian then develops a personal plan to help you eat, move, sleep, and think better – in a way that fits into your everyday life.

They get the nutrition support they deserve: Those of us wanting to make a change have a better chance at doing so with the help and support of others. Your Registered Dietitian will help you stay consistent no matter what life throws at you.
They are backed by science!: Our nutrition coaches are Registered Dietitians with Bachelor’s degrees in nutrition. We are constantly improving our program based on the latest nutrition research!
Many folks are covered to work with a Registered Dietitian under their extended health care benefits. For example, most teachers receive up to $500 per calendar year. If you do have coverage to work with a dietitian, we will send you detailed receipts to submit to your insurer.
In your initial consultation we work together to engineer a menu plan that is suited to your goals, food preferences, and lifestyle. We realize having a plan can be quite helpful in the early stages of adjusting your nutrition. However, our priority is to teach you how to build effortless meals - all on your own! By the end of the program, you'll feel confident building meals on-the-fly so you don't have to rely on a strict or rigid meal plan to feel your best!
The program is a 3 month commitment (13 weeks in total!)
The program is a 3 month commitment with 3 payments of $225. The payments will run through once a month on the date of the first payment. For example, if you made your first payment on December 12th then the second payment would run through January 12th and the third on February 12th.
Many of our clients choose to work with us far beyond the 3 months. We have options for alumni clients to check-in bi-weekly or monthly for a reduced price.

Each week you'll send as an email check-in including reflections on your nutrition, sleep, environment, exercise, mindset, specific outcome goals, and more! We'll receive your reflection, food tracking, and data to provide thorough recommendations for the week ahead. We also offer 30 minute video check-ins if you prefer!
