BOOK WITH A DIETITIAN

MEET DIETITIAN JASMINE

REGINA

Some fun facts about Jasmine!

When she's not supporting clients through Vitality's Comprehensive Nutrition Coaching or or Individualized Nutrition Support programs, you can find Jasmine:

  • Reading a book by the fire
  • Cuddling with her pets
  • Enjoying movement and exercise
  • Trying out new recipes
  • Researching the next restaurant to visit on her travels!

Hi there, I'm Jasmine!

I developed an interest in nutrition thanks to my experiences in childhood where health-promoting behaviours were always valued and modelled. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan and am registered with the Saskatchewan Dietitian Association. My experiences include community nutrition, outpatient counselling, and health education.

Since moving to Kenosee Lake in 2021, I have grown to greatly appreciate the ‚Äúslow lifestyle‚ÄĚ living rurally has brought me. In my spare time, you will find me reading a book by the fire (inside or outside!), cuddling with my pets, moving my body, spending time by the lake with friends & family, trying out a new recipe, or researching the next restaurant to visit on our travels!

My dietetic practice continues to evolve but I will always remain curious in how the different aspects of our life, health, and food choices intertwine. My goal as a dietitian is to meet you where you’re at in your journey - together, we can explore sustainable and meaningful strategies to reach your goals as they relate to your health.
