HOW DOES 1-ON-1 COACHING WORK?

You tell us what you want to do. We’ll help you do it. First, your coach will learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals. Then, over the course of your program, we’ll give you everything you need to look, feel, and perform better than you thought possible.

STEP 1.

DECIDE TO SIGN UP.

Once you’ve paid for your first month, you’ll create a personal account and gain access to the introductory resources.

STEP 2.

COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT PHASE.

You’ll complete a questionnaire and track your food for 5 days to provide helpful information to customize your plan.

STEP 3.

RECEIVE YOUR NUTRITION PLAN.

Your coach reviews your profile and sends you a custom nutrition program with instructions, resources, strategies, and advice for your first week.

STEP 4.

CONNECT WITH YOUR COACH.

Schedule a live session at a time that's convenient for you. Connect from your phone, tablet, or computer. We’ll get to know each other and review your custom program, questionnaire, food tracking, and goals!

STEP 5.

CHECK IN WEEKLY.

Accountability and support will be the key to your success! Each week, you’ll have an official check-in with your coach to measure progress, review your week, and make adjustments to the program.

STEP 6.

REACH YOUR GOAL.

Your coach will provide specific instructions and guidance to optimize your nutrition and lifestyle. We’ll sweat the details so you can focus on taking steps towards your goal.
